Football Game Recap: Sayreville vs. New Brunswick

New Brunswick might have drawn first blood against Sayreville on Saturday, but it was Sayreville who got the last laugh. New Brunswick have to be aching after a bruising 13-35 loss to Sayreville. If New Brunswick were expecting to get some payback for the 14-46 loss against Sayreville the last time they met, then they were left disappointed.

The defeat dropped New Brunswick's record to 1-2. The win bumped Sayreville's record up to 3-0.

New Brunswick will look to defend their home turf next week against Edison at 7:00 PM. Sayreville will stay at home against Monroe Township at 7:00 PM. Sayreville are cruising in on a three-game winning streak while Monroe Township are stumbling in off of three consecutive losses.
