Softball Game Preview: Moorestown Quakers vs. Bishop Eustace Prep Crusaders

The Moorestown Quakers will challenge the Bishop Eustace Prep Crusaders at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Moorestown managed to slip by Northern Burlington the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Quakers came up short against the Greyhounds on Tuesday, falling 13-3. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Mackenzie Seibel was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI. That triple marked the first that she has hit this season.

Meanwhile, Bishop Eustace Prep was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 19th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 12-2 to Cherry Hill West.

Moorestown's loss dropped their record down to 7-11-1. As for Bishop Eustace Prep, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-9.

Everything went Moorestown's way against Bishop Eustace Prep in their previous meeting back in April, as Moorestown made off with a 12-2 victory. Do the Quakers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Crusaders turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
