Soccer Recap: Fort Walton Beach Gets the Win

It's playoff time, and Fort Walton Beach had no trouble coming through when it counted. They never let the West Florida Jaguars onto the board and left with a 5-0 win on Tuesday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Vikings needed considering they were shutout in their previous match.

Fort Walton Beach's victory bumped their record up to 3-11-1. As for West Florida, their loss dropped their record down to 2-12-1.

Fort Walton Beach will square off against Wakulla at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Wakulla will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Fort Walton Beach surely won't give up without a fight. West Florida does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
