Baseball Recap: American Leadership Academy Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for American Leadership Academy's offense. They lost 14-0 to the Batesburg-Leesville Panthers on Friday. The Patriots just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

American Leadership Academy saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brice Cook, who went 1-for-2 with one double. That double was Cook's first of the season.

American Leadership Academy's record is now 6-9. As for Batesburg-Leesville, they pushed their record up to 10-3-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home.

Looking ahead, American Leadership Academy will take on Williston-Elko at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Batesburg-Leesville, they will square off against Pelion at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
