Kimball is a perfect 4-0 against Carter since January of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Kimball Knights will host the Carter Cowboys at 8:00 p.m. The two teams each escaped with close wins against their previous opponents.

While Kimball's victory against Roosevelt wasn't quite the blowout they won the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. Kimball had just enough and edged out Roosevelt 3-2 on Saturday. The win continues a trend for the Knights in their matchups with the Mustangs: they've now won five in a row.

Kimball hit Roosevelt with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Andres Beltran, Joseph Mendoza, and Hector Reynoso.

Meanwhile, Carter came into Saturday's match having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They won by a goal and slipped past Roosevelt 2-1.

Kimball's victory bumped their record up to 13-4. As for Carter, their win bumped their record up to 5-8.

Kimball was able to grind out a solid victory over Carter in their previous matchup back in January, winning 4-2. Does Kimball have another victory up their sleeve, or will Carter turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
