Football Recap: East Henderson Takes a Loss

East Henderson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a hard 28-10 fall against the Rosman Tigers. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2022.

Rosman got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Brayan Reynaldo out in front who rushed for 108 yards and two scores on only 14 carries. The team also got some help courtesy of Zeke Gainey, who rushed for 44 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

East Henderson's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Rosman, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

East Henderson wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 59-0 defeat against Franklin on the 11th. As for Rosman, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 26-14 victory against Copper Basin on the 12th.
