             Southern Boone waltzed into their matchup  on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against Father Tolton by a score of  3-1. The Eagles have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the , too.
 Southern Boone had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 19-25, 25-14, 25-19,  25-15.
 Southern Boone's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Cami Herin, who  had 17  digs and two  aces. That's the most  aces  Herin has posted  in her last eight  matches. The team also got some help courtesy of  Sadie Ahern, who  had seven  digs and two  aces.
 She wasn't the only good server: Southern Boone  was lethal from the service line and  finished the game with 21  aces. That's the most  aces they've managed all season.
 Southern Boone is  on a roll lately: they've  won seven of their last eight contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 18-5-1 record  this season. As for Father Tolton, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost three of their last four games,  which put a noticeable dent in their 12-14-5 record  this season.
 As of now, neither Southern Boone nor Father Tolton have any future games scheduled.
