After a string of three wins, St. John Bosco's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Buchanan Bears.

Buchanan was led to victory by Cole Haroldsen and Carlos Jay. Haroldsen had 16 assists and four digs, while Jay had 17 assists and three digs. That's the most assists Jay has posted over his last six matches.

St. John Bosco's loss dropped their record down to 20-11. As for Buchanan, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 20-13.

St. John Bosco has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against West Ranch on the 19th. As for Buchanan, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Edison on the 19th.
