Volleyball Recap: Ridgedale Comes Up Short

Ridgedale's tournament run continued when they took on Lima Central Catholic on Saturday. The Rockets fell 2-0 to the Thunderbirds.

Richelle Gleespen paced Ridgedale's offense, picking up six kills. Gleespen got some help from Hannah Murphy and her 12 assists.

Ridgedale's defeat dropped their record down to 7-10-1. As for Lima Central Catholic, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Ridgedale will take on Mt. Gilead at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Lima Central Catholic, they will head out to take on Columbus Grove at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
