Basketball Game Preview: St. Ursula Academy Bulldogs vs. Little Miami Panthers

The St. Ursula Academy Bulldogs will take on the Little Miami Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. St. Ursula Academy will be strutting in after a victory while Little Miami will be coming in after a defeat.

St. Ursula Academy was handed a 31-point loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Thursday. They skirted past Centerville 53-50. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Bulldogs have posted since December 17, 2024.

Meanwhile, Little Miami's game on Thursday was all tied up 31-31 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They lost to Milford on the road by a 68-50 margin. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team's come up short the last eight times they've met.

The victory got St. Ursula Academy back to even at 11-11. As for Little Miami, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-10.

St. Ursula Academy was able to grind out a solid win over Little Miami in their previous matchup back in December of 2019, winning 64-51. The rematch might be a little tougher for St. Ursula Academy since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
