Baseball Recap: Fleming County Takes a Loss

Fleming County lost against Rowan County on Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Panthers fell just short of the Vikings by a score of 6-5. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Fleming County's loss dropped their record down to 13-12. As for Rowan County, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 18-10.

Coming up, Fleming County will be playing at home against Raceland at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Rowan County, they will head out to take on Breathitt County at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Vikings' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Bobcats have averaged an impressive 6.7 runs per game this season.
