It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but South Putnam had no problem doing just that on Friday. They took their match with ease, bagging a 60-19 win over the Sheridan Blackhawks. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won ten contests by 27 points or more so far this season.
South Putnam found their leader in sophomore Ty Benton, who rushed for 326 yards and six touchdowns on only 14 carries.
