Hamilton saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Thomas R Schuster, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Mason got the win against Princeton last Wednesday by a conclusive 14-1. The victory continues a trend for the Comets in their matchups with the Vikings: they've now won eight in a row.

Hamilton now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Mason, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Hamilton suffered a grim 9-2 defeat to Mason in their previous meeting back in April of 2024. Can the Big Blue avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
