Softball Recap: Pine Forest Trojans vs. Triton Hawks

If Pine Forest was riding high fresh off their 17-0 takedown of E.E. Smith last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Trojans took an 8-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Triton Hawks on Tuesday. The defeat continues a trend for the Trojans in their meetings with the Hawks: they've now lost four in a row.

Mya Harris spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and five unearned) runs on seven hits and racked up 12 Ks. She has been consistent : she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.
