Volleyball Recap: Sartell-St. Stephen Takes a Loss

Sartell-St. Stephen lost against New Prague back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Sabres fell just short of the Trojans by a score of 2-1.

Olivia Terhune paced Sartell-St. Stephen's offense, picking up seven kills. Terhune got some help from Kate Thompson and her 15 assists. Finally, Terhune was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high five blocks.

Sartell-St. Stephen's loss dropped their record down to 7-7. As for New Prague, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2-1.

Sartell-St. Stephen will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Eden Prairie at 11:00 a.m. As for New Prague, they will venture away from home to face off against Wayzata at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
