Volleyball Recap: Summit K2 Comes Up Short

Summit K2 lost against Richmond back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Dragons came up short against the Oilers, falling 3-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Dragons haven't been shut out since back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-14, 25-6.

Summit K2's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Richmond, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Summit K2 will head out to take on The Bay School at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Richmond, they will venture away from home to challenge Vallejo at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
