Baseball Recap: Lakes Comes Up Short

Lakes was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 16-1 to the Gig Harbor Tides.

Lakes' defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Gig Harbor, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 15-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lakes will square off against Steilacoom at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Gig Harbor, they will venture away from home to square off against Port Angeles at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Tides are facing the Roughriders at the right time seeing as the Roughriders are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
