It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Berkeley had no problem doing just that on Friday. They blew past the Westwood Redhawks 36-0. Considering the Stags have won five games by more than 20 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Berkeley found their leader in sophomore Henry Rivers, who threw for 166 yards and three touchdowns while completing 90.9% of his passes, and also rushed for 82 yards on only eight carries. Kayden Bash was Rivers' top target, picking up 84 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

Berkeley has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches, which provided a massive bump to their 6-5 record this season. Those victories were due in large part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 11.4 points per game. As for Westwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-6.

Berkeley will challenge White Knoll at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in White Knoll's favor is that they have posted at least 31 points in their last four matchups. Westwood does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
