Volleyball Recap: KIPP Newark Lab's Losing Streak Snapped at Six Games

KIPP Newark Lab can bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Wednesday. They came out on top against the West Side Roughriders by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in April.

KIPP Newark Lab picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 2-6. As for West Side, they dropped their record down to 1-6 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coincidentally, KIPP Newark Lab and West Side will both be playing University the next time they take the court. The Sharks will head out to face the Phoenix on Friday, while the Roughriders will host them at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
