Providence Christian had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 12-run drubbing they dealt Geneva County on Tuesday. The Eagles blew past the Bulldogs 14-2. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Providence Christian's victory bumped their record up to 7-16-1. As for Geneva County, they moved to 16-13 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.
