Baseball Recap: Lehigh Takes a Loss

Lehigh was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They lost 14-4 to the East Lee County Jaguars. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Jaguars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-5 last Thursday.

Lehigh's defeat dropped their record down to 1-20. As for East Lee County, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-9 record this season.

Lehigh and East Lee County are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. The Lightning will take on North Port at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for East Lee County, they are taking a road trip to challenge Immokalee at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
