Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sequoia). They never let the Jefferson Grizzlies onto the board and left with a 5-0 victory on Friday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Ravens needed considering they were shutout in their previous match.

They hit Jefferson with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Kai Hwang (2), Hans Erickson, Aaron Villafuerte, and Nicolas Amo.

The win got Sequoia back to even at 3-3-1. As for Jefferson, they dropped their record down to 0-6 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Woodside the next time they take the pitch. Sequoia will host Woodside at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, while Jefferson will host them at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
