Basketball Recap: Agawam Comes Up Short

Agawam came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They took a blow against the North Attleborough Rocketeers, falling 49-18. The game marked the Brownies' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Agawam's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 16-5. As for North Attleborough, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-7.

Agawam does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for North Attleborough, they will venture away from home to face off against Dartmouth at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Dartmouth will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something North Attleborough surely won't give up without a fight.
