             Killingly put another one in the bag  on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Woodstock Academy Centaurs 47-0. The Redmen's offense checked out after the first half but had enough  points banked to take the game anyway.
 Killingly's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Quinn Sumner, who threw for 125 yards and three touchdowns.  Joseph Gould also helped with two touchdowns in total.
 Killingly was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 210  rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  rushed for at least 158  rushing yards in 21 consecutive  matches  dating back to last season.
 Killingly pushed their record up to 10-0 with the  victory, which was their fifth straight  on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 8.4 points per game. As for Woodstock Academy,  they are  on  a  seven-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 2-8.
 Killingly will square off against Ellington at 6:30  p.m.  on Monday. Killingly's defense has only allowed 12.6  points per game  this season, so Ellington's offense will have their work cut out for them. Woodstock Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
