Football Recap: Northwest Classen Takes a Loss

Thursday just wasn't the day for Northwest Classen's offense. They were dealt a 64-0 loss at the hands of the Piedmont Wildcats on Thursday. The Knights haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Northwest Classen's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Piedmont, they pushed their record up to 3-2 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Northwest Classen is set to square off against their familiar foe Stillwater at 7:00 p.m. on the 10th. Meanwhile, Piedmont will take on rival Grant at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
