Meanwhile, Fredonia had to endure a 12-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against Patagonia by a score of 34-27 on Friday. The Lynx's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

BASIS Flagstaff's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.3 points per game. As for Fredonia, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Everything came up roses for BASIS Flagstaff against Fredonia when the teams last played back in December of 2023, as the squad secured a 72-14 victory. Will BASIS Flagstaff repeat their success, or does Fredonia have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
