Berea came into Thursday's matchup looking for another win against Pendleton, but Samuel Ross wouldn't allow it. Pendleton walked away with a 59-47 victory over Berea on Thursday with plenty of help from Ross, who shot 47% from the field en route to 19 points along with seven boards and three steals. The contest was his fourth in a row with at least 15 points.

Savion Johnson was another key player, dropping a double-double with ten points and 11 rebounds. He is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last four games he's played.

The win made it two in a row for Pendleton and bumps their season record up to 3-5. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.5 points over those games. As for Berea, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Pendleton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 74-62 defeat against Daniel on the 12th. As for Berea, they have also already played their next matchup, a 79-57 loss against Southside on the 12th.
