Volleyball Recap: Kimberly Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Kimberly had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell just short of the Highland Rams by a score of 3-2. The defeat continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their meetings with the Rams: they've now lost four in a row.

Jaycie Homer was the offensive standout of the contest as she had 11 digs and four aces. Those 11 digs gave her a new career-high. Bella Mickelsen also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.

Highland's victory bumped their record up to 5-2.

Coincidentally, Kimberly and Highland will both be playing Wood River the next time they take the court. The Rams will head out to face the Wolverines at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Bulldogs will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
