Central A & M and Tuscola are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2015, but not for long. The Central A & M Raiders will face off against the Tuscola Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Tuscola took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Central A & M, who comes in off a win.

On Monday, Central A & M earned a 47-40 win over Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City.

Meanwhile, Tuscola played a tough contest on Monday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by St. Anthony 62-31. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 326th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 77th).

Central A & M's victory bumped their record up to 10-18. As for Tuscola, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 15-13 record this season.

Central A & M came up short against Tuscola in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, falling 39-34. Can Central A & M avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
