Football Game Preview: Harbor Pirates vs. Seaside Spartans + How To Watch

The Harbor Pirates will head out to face off against the Seaside Spartans at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Harbor comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

On Friday, Harbor came up short against Gonzales and fell 29-18.

Despite their loss, Harbor saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Eli Konishi, who rushed for 82 yards and one TD on only eight carries, was perhaps the best of all. The Pirates also got a significant boost from Hudson Coffey Pennell, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 84 yards.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Seaside). They blew past Marina 42-20 on Saturday. With the Spartans ahead 28-7 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

The win made it two in a row for Seaside and bumps their season record up to 3-6. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 29.0 points over those games. As for Harbor, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-9.
