Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Stuyvesant). Everything went their way against Irving on Monday as they made off with an 8-1 win. The victory continues a trend for Stuyvesant in their matchups with Irving: they've now won five in a row.

Stuyvesant's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Irving, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.
