Volleyball Recap: Gainesville Bulldogs vs. Seymour Tigers

Gainesville lost against Seymour back in September, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Gainesville Bulldogs fell just short of the Seymour Tigers by a score of 3-2. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Gainesville actually scored more points across those five sets (103-92), but sadly they still had to settle for second. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 8-25, 19-25, 25-23, 15-10.

Gainesville will challenge Houston at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Seymour, they will play host again on Monday to welcome Conway, where the match is scheduled at 7:00 p.m. Conway is coming into the contest with four straight losses on the road, meaning Seymour will have to defend against a squad hungry for a win.
