Softball Recap: Nine Straight Home Victories for North Lincoln

North Lincoln had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the St. Stephens Indians. The two-run effort marked the Knights' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Maysen Reames spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on three hits and racked up eight Ks.

At the plate, Izzy Ingalls was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-2.
