Big Walnut was handed a heart-breaking two-point loss in their last contest, but they sure didn't let that happen against New Albany on Saturday. The Big Walnut Golden Eagles blew past the New Albany Eagles, posting a 66-34 win. The Golden Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 20 points or more this season.

Big Walnut's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for New Albany, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.
