Peetz came tearing into Saturday's match with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the North Park Wildcats.

Peetz took North Park into a fifth set where they got it done with a five-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 22-25, 25-16, 25-19, 20-25, 15-10.

Joslynn Pennington paced Peetz's offense, picking up 14 kills. Pennington got some help from Rylee Raffelson and her 32 assists. Pennington also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Nataleigh Kalb, each putting up four.

Peetz's win bumped their record up to 5-9. As for North Park, their loss was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-13.

Looking ahead, Peetz will welcome Briggsdale at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for North Park, they will head out to face off against Saratoga at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
