Football Recap: Ayersville Comes Up Short + How To Watch

After flying high against Hicksville last Friday, Ayersville came back down to earth. The Pilots took a 27-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tinora Rams on Friday. The Pilots haven't had much luck with the Rams recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Brady Zartman threw for 199 yards on nine of 19 attempts. Dane Ewers was his top target, picking up 122 receiving yards.

Ayersville's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Tinora, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-4.

Looking ahead, Ayersville will take on Antwerp at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Tinora, they will face off against Paulding at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rams will need to watch out since the Panthers have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season.
