Soccer Recap: Bellflower Comes Up Short

Bellflower lost against Warren back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bellflower Buccaneers lost 4-1 to the Warren Bears. While losing is never fun, the Buccaneers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 529th, while the Bears are ranked 178th).

Bellflower dropped their record down to 5-8-4 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Warren, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a massive bump to their 11-6-2 record this season.

As of now, neither Bellflower nor Warren have any future games scheduled.
