Childress's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Tulia Hornets an 18-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Bobcats, who have now won nine contests by ten runs or more so far this season.

Ansley Parr made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out 11 over five innings pitched.
