Volleyball Recap: Jefferson Yellowjackets vs. St. Albert Falcons
Jefferson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the St. Albert Falcons. The Yellowjackets were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Falcons apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2023.
Jefferson's defeat dropped their record down to 4-18. As for St. Albert, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-17.
Jefferson will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Sioux City East at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. Albert, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Missouri Valley on the 5th.
