Volleyball Recap: Rim of the World Takes a Loss

Rim of the World was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Arroyo Valley Hawks. The Fighting Scots were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Hawks apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2023.

Rim of the World's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Arroyo Valley, their win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-9.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Rim of the World will take on rival Eisenhower at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Arroyo Valley is set to face off against their familiar foe San Gorgonio at 5:15 p.m. on Friday.
