Baseball Game Preview: Pope John Paul II Knights vs. Montgomery Bell Academy Big Red

For the second straight game, Pope John Paul II will face off against Montgomery Bell Academy. The Knights will venture away from home to square off against the Big Red at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Having struggled with eight defeats in a row, Pope John Paul II turned things around against Montgomery Bell Academy on Wednesday. They walked away with a 7-4 win over the Big Red.

Brayden Dyer tossed a big game, tossing five innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (five).
