Volleyball Recap: Community of Peace Academy Comes Up Short

Community of Peace Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 3-1 to Cristo Rey Jesuit. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tigers of the 3-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2018.

Community of Peace Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Cristo Rey Jesuit, their victory ended a nine-match drought at home and bumped them up to 2-11.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Community of Peace Academy will welcome Highland Park at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cristo Rey Jesuit, they will host Hiawatha Collegiate at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
