Soccer Recap: Chicago Hope Academy Comes Up Short

Chicago Hope Academy's game on Wednesday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Golder Panthers by a score of 2-1. Chicago Hope Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Diego Ortiz, which was the first he's scored this season.

Chicago Hope Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3-1. As for Golder, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Looking ahead, Chicago Hope Academy will head out to square off against De La Salle at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Golder, they will square off against Comer at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
