Volleyball Recap: Dobson Comes Up Short

Dobson entered their game against Mesa on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Mustangs came up short against the Jackrabbits, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Mustangs of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Dobson's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Mesa, the victory snapped their losing streak at seven games and leaves them with a 4-14 record.

Looking ahead, Dobson will challenge Westwood at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Mesa will be paying especially close attention to the Mustangs' matchup: after the Mustangs face off against the Warriors, they'll take on Mesa again at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
