Softball Recap: Bothell Takes a Loss

Bothell suffered their closest loss since March 15th on Thursday. They fell just short of the Woodinville Falcons by a score of 6-4. The Cougars were not able to make up for their defeat to the Falcons from their previous meeting back in May of 2024.

Bothell saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Arya Trivedi, who went 2-for-4 with one double and one RBI. That double marked the first that Trivedi hit this season.

Bothell's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Woodinville, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bothell will welcome Redmond at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The last three games the Mustangs have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Woodinville, they will be playing at home against Issaquah at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
