Baseball Recap: Scotts Hill Takes a Loss

Scotts Hill blew Riverside out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Tuesday Riverside got their revenge. The Lions fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 6-4. Lions fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against the Panthers since on Tuesday.

Scotts Hill's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-16-1. As for Riverside, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-12.

Scotts Hill does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Riverside, they will head out to square off against Adamsville at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
