Soccer Recap: Providence Classical Christian Takes a Loss

Providence Classical Christian's game on Wednesday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They lost 4-1 to the Mount Vernon Christian Hurricanes. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Mount Vernon Christian this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in September.

Providence Classical Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Mount Vernon Christian, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 7-0-3.

Coming up, Providence Classical Christian will face off against Summit Atlas at 4:00 p.m. on the 17th. As for Mount Vernon Christian, they will be playing at home against Orcas Island at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Orcas Island's defense has only allowed 0.3 goals per game this season, so Mount Vernon Christian's offense will have their work cut out for them.
