Baseball Recap: Paradise Panthers vs. Callisburg Wildcats
Paradise came out on top against Callisburg on Thursday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run sixth inning. The Panthers walked away with a 5-1 victory over the Wildcats. The win continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now won three in a row.
Paradise got a great performance from Braden Wilson as he struck out nine batters over 4.1 innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. Wilson has been consistent for a while: he hasn't given up more than one earned run any time he's pitched this season.
