Basketball Recap: Minnehaha Academy Piles Up the Points Against Lake City

Minnehaha Academy lost to Lake City back in January of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Minnehaha Academy Red Hawks breezed by the Lake City Tigers to the tune of 75-36.

Minnehaha Academy is also on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.1 points per game. As for Lake City, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-6.

Minnehaha Academy will look to defend their home court on February 8th against Maranatha Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. As for Lake City, they will venture away from home to square off against Byron at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
