Volleyball Recap: Kinlee Oothoudt and Irelinn Chavez-Flanagan Secure Win for Camp Verde

Camp Verde barely beat Horizon Honors the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Cowboys blew past the Eagles 3-0 on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cowboys.

Camp Verde not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Horizon Honors between 19 and 21 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-19, 25-21.

Camp Verde was led to victory by IreLinn Chavez-Flanagan and Kinlee Oothoudt. Chavez-Flanagan had 14 assists and three digs, while Oothoudt had six digs. That's the most digs Oothoudt has posted since back in October.

Camp Verde's record now sits at 20-11. As for Horizon Honors, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-23.

Looking ahead, Camp Verde will venture away from home to challenge Benson at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Horizon Honors does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
